With snow becoming a little scarce in Colorado recently, a surprise 8 inch powder day was the tonic everyone needed.<\/p>\n

Although coverage is still pretty good across Colorado, it had been a little while since the last really good powder day. Enter surprise storm! Dropping as much as 10 inches in areas, the white blanket brought the smiles back to the locals faces… quickly.<\/p>\n

This is a video edit from Vail resort, so of course they are showing off the best of conditions, though from all reports, the powder was skiing quite deep and at this stage of the season, we’ll take it.<\/p>\n

Although there are no great storms rolling in at the moment, never fear. This is Colorado and it always snows eventually! (I used to say that about Tahoe, but now I’m wondering if that is true anymore)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
