Vail today was powder, powder, powder. We measured 6-8 inches and probably more fell throughout the daylight hours.<\/p>\n

There were fresh tracks to be had absolutely everywhere on the mountain, though with low visibility, you were best served to stay where you could get some perspective, like between trees.<\/p>\n

It didn’t matter where you went on the mountain today, the front side, back bowls or blue sky basin, there would have been a smile on your face when you finished.<\/p>\n

Snow fell right across the state today, so all resorts are primed for a big weekend. We are expecting a top up of snow overnight and then some intermittent snow showers right throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n

Tahoe is in the midst of another storm as well with snow measurable in feet and we’d love to hear some first hand stories if you have them.<\/p>\n
