Whitefish Mountain Resort Snow Report - February 19th 2016

You have to know where to look to find the goods at the moment... but there is some great snow if you can find it.. and we can tell you how!

There’s not many places that you can ski after warmer weather with some rain down low and still get great turns at the top of the mountain, but Whitefish is definitely one of them!

We were pleasantly surprised today when we hit the top of the mountain. Despite a fog hugging the top of the hill early, we thought it was great idea to meet up with one of the Ski Ambassadors to help us find some powder stashes. And our friend Ross didn’t disappoint.

Look for the bright yellow jackets at both the top and the bottom of the mountain at 10:30am and 1:30pm and get a free guided tour of the mountain any day of the week.

Although we’ve already been able to scope out some great lines around the mountain, Whitefish’s Ski Ambassadors are able to teach you the best places to ski or snowboard no matter what the conditions. And when they are variable as they are at the moment, this knowledge can be invaluable!

Enjoyed this? Here’s some other stuff we think you’ll find is awesome too!
