Vail Snow Report Colorado March 9th 2011

Vail Snow Report Colorado.

A welcome surprise fall of snow after the disappointment of missing out on the previous storm came to central Colorado today. Six inches fell up high and in the bowls overnight, whilst only a dusting to an inch fell in town overnight.

The fresh snow was a very welcomed top up as fresh tracks could be found right across the Vail resort area. Not only could you get some fresh lines in the morning, though crowds were so small that you will still be getting fresh lines tomorrow amongst the trees and deep along some of the ridge lines.

The weather is set to continue to deliver rolling storms over the coming weeks with varying amounts of snow on the way. The good news is though that each storm should provide a nice top up of powder on an already solid base across all Colorado resorts. If you are on your way to Colorado for Spring Break, start smiling now!

Enjoyed this? Here’s some other stuff we think you’ll find is awesome too!
